Retrofit Health Seminar + Excursion to Madame Tussauds
KDF organised a patient health seminar in collaboration with Retrofit. Patients and their caregivers learnt some handy tips from RetroFit trainers on how to keep fit and learnt some simple exercises that they can do at home with regular household furniture!
Our beneficiaries were also treated to a scenic cable car ride up to the peak of Mount Faber, followed by a tour of the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, where they met wax doppelgängers of their favourite celebrities from all over the world! Special mention to the ComfortDelGro Taxi CabbyCare drivers for dedicating their time and effort so that our non-ambulatory patients can also travel worry-free. It was another memorable experience with our patients and we’re already looking forward to the next!
