Ingredients:
25 gm of butter or margarine
1 medium onion
2 strips streaky bacon
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1 skinless chicken breast fillet
700 ml water
½ small white cabbage
3 tbsp frozen corn kernel
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Italian “All Seasoning” to taste
Note: You can serve it with rice, pasta, noodles or mashed potatoes. Streaky bacon is optional.
Cooking Method:
- Slice onion and streaky bacon and cut the white cabbage into 4 cm strips.
- Cut the following into cubes:
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 skinless chicken breast fillet
- Melt the butter in a heated pot and then add the onion and streaky bacon, stir fry until you get a good aroma.
- Add in the celery, carrot and chicken, stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add in 700 ml of water into the pot and let it boil. Remove any froth that floats up.
- Add in the white cabbage and corn and let it boil for another 7 minutes.
- Add pepper, salt and Italian “All Seasoning” for taste.

注意:可以配着饭、意大利面、面或马铃薯泥吃。可选择是否加入五花肉培根。
烹煮方式:
- 洋葱和腌肉切片;包菜切成4公分长条。
- 将以下材料切丁:
- 在烧热的锅放入牛油,等牛油溶化后加入洋葱和五花肉培根,炒香。
- 加入芹菜、 红萝卜和鸡肉,继续拌炒2分钟。
- 加入700 毫升的清水,一起煮滚。撇去表面浮上的泡沫。
- 加入包菜和玉米,继续煮滚7分钟。
- 依个人口味加入胡椒粉、盐和“All Seasoning”。
