Ingredients:
1 cup chopped raw cabbage
⅓ cup diced cooked chicken
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp vegetable oil
14 egg roll wrappers
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking Method:
- Mix cabbage, chicken, onion, celery, pepper and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon mixed ingredients and place it in the egg wrapper. Fold and roll the wrapper, sealing the edges with water. Repeat for the remaining egg roll wrappers.
- Preheat the vegetable oil to 180 ˚C.
- Fry the egg rolls in hot oil that is about 1 inch or more in depth for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel before serving.
